Dr. Neil Reddy and Tom Giffney have extensive experience in the pre-hospital and event cover field.  Tom has over 27 years experience with the Dublin Fire Brigade as senior officer, managing numerous major public incidents during that time.

Both are certified in Major Incident Medical Management and Support (MIMMS), the industry standard qualification for disaster preparedness. Code Blue run MIMMS training courses twice a year to train doctors, nurses and paramedics in Major Incident planning and reponse. Neil is a MIMMS instructor and we bring together experienced faculty from Ireland and UK to lend their expertise.

Every event promotor is assigned a Code Blue liaison officer as the designated point of contact for queries regarding personnel, equipment and logistics arrangements. Both Neil and Tom are available for pre-event planning meetings. The close ties established by Code Blue with the Gardai, Voluntary Ambulance Corps, HSE, DFB and individual Emergency Departments across the country ensure close co-operation in the preparation of an integrated patient care plan.
