Our full-time secretary is on hand 9am - 5pm to handle queries from promoters, clients and patients.

Patient records are audited, reviewed and stored securely in accordance with the Data Protection Act (1988, 2003). General patient details are entered into a database to allow for easy access at the event and also to allow for comprehensive audit afterwards. The audit provides valuable information to the promoters regarding number of patients, age, presentation, time on scene, treatments required etc.
